Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch, plus the central location was great for exploring the city's main attractions. Walking distance to the main ghats and religious sites made it easy to get around. the staff was polite and check-in was a breeze.
The overall state of the room was subpar: dirty bed sheets, a filthy floor, and a TV that didn't work. Worse yet, it seemed like the housekeeping staff couldn't be trusted and were snooping around when guests weren't present.
